It's no secret that we're living in difficult times. The pressure of constant change and uncertainty can take its toll on our mental and physical health. Our herbal allies have been used for centuries to manage stress and improve wellbeing. In this workshop, you'll learn about the herbs that can help you feel better, including nervine herbs, adaptogens, and more to create teas and herbal remedies that will help you feel more relaxed and balanced.

This workshop will include a tasting of the plants discussed as well as some easy to make tea recipes to take home with you. Additional supplies such as herbs, tea blends or flower essences are available for purchase if you wish.
