You’re an empath or HSP (highly sensitive person). That’s ok! It can be tough to manage your emotions and feelings, especially if you're someone who feels things deeply. You may feel like you're constantly battling our sensitivities and that's taking a toll on your mental and physical health.

Some times the world can make us believe our sensitivities are a weakness but perhaps they are our super power! In this workshop, we will explore tools like meditation, healing herbs, flower essences, and even Tarot/oracle cards to help navigate and manage your sensitivity. You'll learn how to thrive in the world, despite your sensitivities. So come treat your soul to the “spa!”

You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket or some pillow to sit on if you wish to get more comfortable. Please consider bringing a journal with you. Additional supplies such as herbs, tea blends, flower essences or oracle decks are available for purchase if you wish.
